INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OF PANAMA-TOCUMEN
In Panama we are pioneers in the processes of modernization and updating of radio aid systems. We participated in the first stage of modernizing the radio aid systems of the airports at a national level, starting this process at the Tocumen International Airport, one of the most important airport terminals in Latin America given its volume of traffic and the variety of its destinations where it was really important that automatic aircraft landings were carried out with greater precision, providing safe landing tools even in poor visibility conditions.
In the modernization process, we replaced older radio aid equipment with state-of-the-art systems and carried out the design, supply, installation and certification of air traffic control systems, which included instrument landing and radio aid systems and radio beacon. Likewise providing telecommunications and security systems, carrying out civil restoration works on the control tower and electrical infrastructure.
